Omar Sharif cocktail
Chicken Tagine with preserved lemons, olives and fresh coriander
Kefta: Spicy Moroccan meatballs
Berber Omelette:Eggs in a spicy tomato sauce, cooked over fire
Moroccan cooked salads with parsley, mint, cumin and coriander
Citrus curd with Pistachio
